地区主站区域电压无功控制和动态无功补偿系统联动策略研究

摘    要:为了解决地调自动化主站系统电网区域电压无功控制中出现的无功过补偿、电容和主变压器抽头操作过于频繁的问题,对电网区域电压无功控制技术与变电站的无功动态补偿系统的联动策略进行研究。通过在一座110 kV变电站安装了一组无级调节电抗器及其控制装置,使其与主站系统的区域电压无功控制相互配合对站内的无功装置和主变压器抽头进行控制。结果表明联动控制效果较好,在对电网电压和无功电压进一步优化的同时,消除了电网无功过补偿、电容和主变压器抽头操作过于频繁的现象。

Abstract:For solving problems including excessive reactive power compensation,frequent operation of capacitors and main transformer taps in voltage quality control in grid area of automatic master station system of regional dispatching center,this paper studies interaction strategy of voltage quality control technology in grid area and dynamic reactive power compensation system of substation.By installing a group of stepless voltage regulator and control device in one 1 1 0 kV substation,it is able to realize mutual cooperation with area voltage quality control of the master station system which is feasible to conduct con-trol on reactive power device and main transformer tap in the substation.The result indicates good interaction control effec-tiveness.Meanwhile,at the same of further optimization for grid voltage and reactive voltage,it is able to remove excessive reactive power compensation and solve problems of frequent operation of capacitors and main transformer taps.
