摘    要:针对卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机∑理论计算生产能力与实际结果偏离较大的问题,提出上浮临界粒度(FCPS)理论,认为离心机转鼓内流体径向流速对沉降分离有显著影响,应用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法和软件FLUENT,分析转鼓内流场,求解出流场轴向速度和径向速度,进一步通过分析颗粒运动来建立生产能力计算模型。初步应用该模型进行了离心机实例计算,显示计算结果与离心机运行结果有较高的吻合度,证明该模型比传统的∑理论更符合实际。FCPS理论有进一步研究价值。

FCPS Theory for Production Capacity of Decanter Centrifuge

Abstract:With respect to the issue that there is relatively large deviation between the production capacities of decanter centrifuge resulted from calculation by using ∑ theory and from engineering practice,the theory of floating critical particle size(FCPS) was proposed.It was considered that the radial velocity of the fluid in the drum of centrifuge has obvious effect to settle separation.By using CFD theory and software FLUENT,the flowing field in the drum was analyzed,and the axial and radial velocities were obtained.Furthermore,the production capacity model was built through the analysis of particle motion.Then,by using this model,the calculation for practical centrifuge was carried out.The result showed that the result from calculation agreed well to that from the operation of centrifuge.It was proved that this model is more appropriate than ∑ theory,and it has indicated this model worth further investigation.
