哈大高铁客运专线对黑龙江省电网的影响分析

摘    要:从谐波分量和负序分量的角度分析了哈大高铁客运专线对黑龙江省电网的影响.对超出国家标准规定的由双城一次变电所供电时产生的三次谐波电流,提出采用静态无功补偿器(SVC)的电能质量治理方案.经实际应用验证表明,SVC投运后三相电压不平衡度小于1.3%,功率因数大于0.95,满足规定要求.

Abstract:From the aspect of harmonic component and negative sequence component, this paper analyzes the influ- ence of Harbin-Daqing high-speed rail passenger dedicated line on Heilongjiang grid. As for the third harmonic cur- rent, generated by Suangcheng primary substation when it supplies power, which is beyond national standards, the paper proposes the power quality treatment plan adopting SVC. The practice shows that after SVC being put into operation,the unbalance degree of three-phase voltage is below 1.3% with the power factor over 0. 95, which all meet the requirement of national regulation.
