深溪沟水电站大坝横缝大漏水治理技术

摘    要:深溪沟水电站蓄水后,左岸泄洪闸坝段横缝出现大量渗漏水,漏水量约1 900 L/min,原施工期曾进行堵漏处理但效果不佳,遗留了工程安全隐患。为确保大坝运行安全,在分析横缝漏水部位及漏水成因的基础上,采取在窄小廊道斜钻孔技术穿透横缝第二道止水铜片埋设灌浆管,对两道止水之间灌注LW/HW型水溶性聚氨酯,封闭两道止水铜片间的渗流通道,成功封堵了横缝的大漏水。本项技术具有较好的推广应用价值。

Abstract:After impoundment of Shenxigou hydropower station, water leakage about 1 900 L/min was found at the transverse joint in the sluice block. Treatment was carried out in construction but it didn't work. For dam safety, based on cause analysis, grouting of LW/HW water-soluble polyurethane was ad-opted. By oblique drilling through the second copper water-stop in the transverse joint, the grouting pipe was embedded and the following grouting sealed the leakage passage between the two copper water-stops successfully, worthy reference.
