水溶性环氧化物对柞蚕丝织物的抗皱免烫整理研究

摘    要:用水溶性环氧化物作为无甲醛抗皱免烫整理剂,对柞蚕丝织物在不同工艺条件下,几个重要影响因素进行分析讨论,提出了无甲醛整理剂———水溶性环氧化物(HY-001)可使柞蚕丝织物在抗皱免烫、手感风格等方面得到良好改善的结论。结果表明:树脂用量为150g/L,焙烘温度150~160℃,硫氰酸钾用量15g/L焙烘时间在5分钟时织物的干、湿弹性和白度达到最佳值,干缓弹性在焙烘时间为3m in时为最好,焙烘温度140~145℃时湿弹性达到最高,而干缓弹性在150~155℃达到最大值。

Abstract:With water-soluble epoxide as finishing agent without formaldehyde,crease resistance and non-iron finishing experiments of tussah silk was conducted.It was proposed that water-soluble epoxide HY-001,a kind of finishing agent without formaldehyde,could improve tussah silk's crease resistance and non-iron property,handle and style.The best conditions are as follows: epoxide consumption 150g/L,baking temperature 150~160℃,potassium sulfocyanate consumption 15g/L.Dry and wet elasticity,brightness of tussah silk were optimized with 5 minutes baking time,and dry and relaxing elasticity was optimized with 3 minutes baking time.Highest wet elasticity was gotten at 140~145℃ baking temperature,while dry and relaxing elasticity was achieved at 150~155℃.
