摘    要:针对440 t/h CFB锅炉SO2排放超标问题进行了研究,结合兖矿济三电力有限公司的实践,介绍了原石灰石脱硫系统存在的问题及优化改造情况,最终使SO2排放浓度控制在300 mg/m3以下,同时解决了石灰石系统堵管及下料不畅问题。

Abstract:Problems of excessive SO2 emission concerning 440 t/h CFB boilers were studied.Based an actual example in Jining No.3 Coal Mine Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,an introduction is being presented to the problems existing in its original limestone desulfurization system as well as to the subsequent optimization retrofit.Retrofit results show that the SO2 emission can now be kept below 300 mg/m3,and the piping blockage problem is also solved simultaneously.
