数据驱动的故障预测方法研究

摘    要:随着设备复杂性和使用环境苛刻度的不断增加,关键部件的可靠性和稳定性要求与日俱增。为实现关键部件的全面监控和故障前有效干预,故障预测技术应运而生,基于数据驱动的故障预测方法具备的适用范围广、预测精度高和建模较易等优势使其成为近年来研究的热点。论述了故障预测技术的相关理论和内涵。对当前的主流——基于数据的故障预测技术进行详细介绍,并概述了国内外的最新研究成果。最后,探讨了故障预测领域亟待解决的问题和未来的发展方向。

Abstract:With the increasing complexity of equipment and the harshness of service environment,the reliability and stability requirements of key components are increasing day by day.In order to achieve comprehensive monitoring of key components and effective intervention before failure,fault prediction technology emerged.The fault prediction method based on data-driven has the advantages of wide application range,high prediction accuracy and easy modeling,and has become a research hotspot in recent years.The relevant theory and connotation of fault prediction technology are discussed.The mainstream fault prediction technology is introduced,and the latest research results are summarized.Finally,the urgent problems and future development direction of fault prediction are discussed.
