摘    要:油田井场有效管控是保证油田安全高效生产、提高采收率的重要举措。针对油田井场常规管控系统存在监管盲区、井场内有线通信方式施工维护不简便和无线通信方式易受环境干扰稳定性较差的问题,设计了一种基于HPLC技术的油田井场管控系统。构建包括采油井场、注水井场、配电台区、集输站和计量接转站等环节的全面管控系统拓扑,利用HPLC技术以井场中既有的基础电力线缆为通信媒介搭建场内通信网络,设计了井场主要环节控制终端RTU、HPLC通信模块的软硬件。经在长庆油田第十一采油厂新集作业区的试验与应用,表明其可实现油田井场的全面管控,施工维护工作量小、通信可靠稳定、工程实用性好。

Abstract:Effective well site management and control is an important measure to ensure safe and efficient production and improve oil recovery.Aiming at the problems of the conventional control system of oilfield well site,such as blind supervision area,the inconvenient construction and maintenance of wired communication mode in the well site or poor stability of wireless communication mode susceptible to environmental interference,an oilfield well site control system based on HPLC technology is designed.The comprehensive control system topology including oil production well site,water injection well site,distribution platform area,gathering and conveying station,metering transfer station and other links is constructed.HPLC technology is used to build field communication network with existing basic power cables as communication media.Software and hardware of control terminal RTU and HPLC wireless communication module in main links of the well site are designed.It has been tested and applied in the new production area of No.11 Oil Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield,and the results show that it can realize the comprehensive control of oilfield well site,with small construction and maintenance workload,reliable and stable communication and good engineering practicability.
