摘    要:以有限元法为理论基础,ANSYS软件为平台,建立铸件凝固过程的数学模型,对铸造凝固过程进行了温度场、温度梯度场和应力应变场的数值模拟。模拟时考虑相变中结晶潜热、材料随温度变化的非线性因素。得到了铸件在凝固过程的各种瞬态场的分布和变化规律。预测出了铸件可能出现缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷的位置;同时探讨了判断热裂纹的方法。结果表明,模拟预测与生产验证结果基本一致。

Abstract:The mathematic model in the solidification process of the cast is built up with finite element method and ANSYS software. Considering the material nonlinear caused by the temperature and the crystal latent heat in the process of the phase transformation, the process of the cast solidification is simulated, then get the transient temperature field, the gradient field, the stress and strain field, the distribution and the change regulation of in solidification process. The positions where the shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity may be occurred will be forecasted by analysis. Meanwhile, the method with which the heat crack is judged is discussed. The result shows that the simulated result is correspond to the experimental result.
