摘    要:核子法测定土石等材料原位密度和含水率是一项迅速发展起来的无损、快速质量检测新技术。结合云南文山暮底河水库大坝粘土心墙压实质量检测与控制,介绍了最新MC-3型核子密度湿度仪特点、工作原理及测量方式。用常规规范法与核子测量法进行了系列现场对比试验分析和核子测量修正方法探讨,结果表明:经现场修正后,核子密度湿度仪检测精度能满足工程要求,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Measuring of in-situ density and moisture content of earth and rock materials using the nucleon method is a new non-destructive and quick quality control technology that has rapidly been developed.The paper has introduced the characteristic,working mechanism and measuring method of the latest MC-3 nucleon humidity-density meter on the basis of clay core compaction quality monitoring and control of the Mudihe dam in Wenshan prefecture,Yunnan province.A series of in-situ tests were carried out for analysis and comparison using conventional method and the nucleon method,and modification of the nucleon measurement was studied.The results indicate that the measuring accuracy of the nucleon humiditydensity meter can meet the engineering requirement and is worth spreading and using.
