炼油装置低温余热利用措施及潜力分析

摘    要: 介绍了现有的催化裂化装置与2号气体分离低温热利用系统、焦化装置低温热利用系统、一联合装置与原油罐区低温热利用系统的实施效果及存在问题,根据炼油装置低温余热"温度对口,梯级利用"的原则,提出了优化完善措施;分析了装置内尚未回收利用的低温热热源及热阱的情况、节能潜力及利用措施。

Abstract:The present status of three low-temperature heat recovery systems in SINOPEC Shijiazhuang Company, FCC unit plus No.2 gas separation unit, delayed coking unit and No.1 complex unit plus crude tank farm, was introduced and some optimization measures based on the “temperature counterpart and gradient utilization” principle were proposed. Besides, the status of unrecovered low-temperature heat sources and heat sinks in units, the measures for potential energy saving were analyzed.
