| 摘 要： | 介绍了黑体空腔连续测温装置的工作原理、功能、设备的校验和使用过程中出现的问题及改进情况。该系统能够随时监测中间的烤包、钢水温度，及时控制拉坯速度和喷淋水量，有利于改善钢坯质量，投运以来，系统运行可靠、稳定，降低了测温成本，取得一定的经济效益。

| Abstract: | To introduce the working principle, functions and calibration of continuous temperature measuring device with black body cavity. The system can monitor preheating temperature and liquid steel temperature in CC tundish at any time and control the withdrawal speed and spraying water flow in time, so it is beneficial to improvement of slab quality. Since the system is put into service, it operates reliably and stably, cost for temperature measuring is reduced and certain economic benefits are gained. |
