Construction of knowledge and knowledge base of textile expert system

As a branch of artificial intelligence, expert system is a kind of computer system which imitates the ability of an expert to make decisions. Knowledge base is one of the most important parts of this system. Combing with the textile craft design and management expert system, this paper introduces the concept and structure of the knowledge-based expert system and explains how to obtain, store and express knowledge in the system.
