| 摘 要： | 随着复杂图像中文本定位研究的不断增长,急需对现有方法进行总结,以便提出有效的新方法。本文详细介绍了复杂图像中的文本定位的难点,算法性能评价标准,并调研了现有的主要方法,将其分为三类方法：基于区域的定位方法,基于纹理的定位方法和基于边缘的定位方法。

| Abstract: | With the rapid growth in research over the last few years on locating text in complex images, there is an urgent need to investigate the current methods of locating text and gain a clear understanding of the current state of the art. This paper summarizes the principal methods of locating text and categorized these methods intothree types which are area based method, texture based method, and edge based method. This paper also introduces the difficulty of locating text and the evaluation standard of text locating algorithm. |
