| 摘 要： | 针对视频文本图像,采用Shannon插值算法以及Niblack二值化算法进行图像增强。对Shannon插值算法进行改进,提高了算法效率;同时针对Niblack二值化方法中偏移量S提出了一种新的计算公式,从而形成改进的Niblack二值化算法。实验证明上述增强算法大大提高了OCR软件的文本识别正确率。

| Abstract: | This paper adopts Shannon interpolation method and Niblack adaptive thresholding method to enhance the text from digital video. Algorithm efficiency is improved by some changements of Shannon interpolation methods ; In the improved Niblack adaptive thresholding method, a new formula of offset S is presented. Experiments show the enhancement algorithms of interpolation and binarization improve OCR accuracy considerably. |
