双曲线圆形料斗秤的设计研究

摘    要:快速定量装车系统在煤炭等大宗物料的散装领域得到了广泛的应用,称重料斗秤是其中的关键设备,其截面形状是决定流动性和计量精度的重要因素。该文针对铁精粉等内摩擦系数大、流动性差的物料,提出了采用双曲线圆形结构并对其进行了研究,使用情况表明较好的解决了铁精粉的计量称重问题。

Research on the design of hyperbolic round hopper scale
Abstract:High-speed loadout systems in the field of coal and other bulk materials have been widely applied, weighing hopper scale is the key equipment, its cross-sectional shape is an important determinant of fluidity and measurement precision. The larger internal friction coefficient and poor fluidity material like the iron concentrate were studied in this paper, a structure with hyperbolic circular was proposed, the service condition show that iron concentrate running on the good condition in the scale measuring system.
