石油仓储企业热泵与燃油锅炉联合供热的探讨

针对目前石油仓储企业需要利用燃油锅炉产生蒸汽,对高凝点、高粘度油品进行保温的现状,通过分析燃油锅炉的热力系统,提出通过提升进入除氧器补充水的水温,从而减少热力除氧器消耗的蒸汽量以达到减少燃料油消耗量的思路。介绍热泵系统的特点和优势及其与燃油锅炉联合供热的方案,并通过实例阐明热泵与燃油锅炉联合供热的经济效益。

The research on the combine of heat pump and fuel boiler for heat supply in the oil storage company

Based on the present situation of demand for the steam produced by the fuel boiler in the oil storage company to preserve the heat of the high-solidifying-point or high-viscosity oil,analysed the system of the fuel boiler system,and indicated that the fuel consumption would be reduced by the rise of the temperature of the make-up water for the boiler,that means the reduce of the consumption of the steam used by the heat desecrator.Analysed the characteristics and the advantages of the heat pump,and designed the way of the combine of heat pump and fuel boiler for heat supple.Proved that the great economical benefits have been achieved by the combine of heat pump and fuel boiler through a practical example.
