柔性车辆振动和运行平稳性控制研究

摘    要:通过对铁道车辆柔刚体系统进行动力学分析,应用独立模态空间控制理论,提出了通过控制车体的一阶垂直弯曲模态和车体浮沉、点头刚体振动模态,改善车辆运行平稳性的混合控制策略。在最优控制基础上,采用磁流变阻尼器作为作动器的半主动控制策略,实现能量消耗和控制效果的协调。机械系统和控制系统的联合仿真结果显示:半主动控制策略较好地抑制了车体低阶弹性弯曲振动和车体浮沉刚体振动;车辆运行平稳性性能的改善接近最优控制策略;对车辆系统而言,半主动磁流变阻尼器的实现是可行的。

Abstract:Based on the flex-rigid multibody system dynamics model of railway vehicle,a optimum hybrid control method based on the independent modal space control(IMSC) was proposed to control the special bend structure modal,vertical and pitch rigid vibration of carbody,and to improve the ride quality of railway vehicle.A semi-active control strategy using MR damper as an actor was investigated,so as to realize the control of energy saving and control system behavior improvement.The co-simulation of mechanical system and control system in environment shows that this control law is effective,the first vertical bend modal structural vibration of carbody can be restrained,the energy consume is low and the ride quality improvement of flexible vehicle is closed to the optimum control strategy.The semi-active MR damper can be designed for railway vehicle system.
