电磁搅拌制备TiB_2颗粒增强7055铝基复合材料的研究

摘    要:在电磁搅拌的条件下,通过盐-熔体原位反应生成了亚微米级TiB_2增强颗粒,并在熔体凝固过程中施加电磁搅拌,获得TiB_2颗粒增强的7055基复合材料铸态组织.试验结果表明,电磁搅拌作用下,熔体的传热和传质速度增加,铝液与反应盐的接触面积也增大,TiB_2颗粒的生成量大大提高,并促进了颗粒在基体中的弥散分布,减少了颗粒的团聚;同时,在熔体凝固过程中施加电磁搅拌,提高了基体材料的致密度,细化了基体晶粒尺寸.

Abstract:Under conditions of electromagnetic stirring, sub-micron TiB_2 particles were prepared by salt-melt reaction, besides, in the process of solidification, electromagnetic stirring was also introduced to obtain TiB_2 particle reinforced 7055 aluminium matrix composite cast structure. The result indicates that under conditions of electromagnetic stirring, the speed of thermal transmission and mass transmission in melt is improved, the contact area of aluminium melt and salt is enhanced and the number of TiB_2 is also largely increased electromagnetic stirring also promotes particles dispersion, meanwhile, electromagnetic stirring in the process of solidification can decrease component segregation and gain finer grain.
