新兴中小城市夜间光环境现状的分析研究

本文对中小城市尤其是新兴中小城市的照明现状进行了分析研究。以辽宁省彰武县这一新兴中小城市为例,根据《城市道路照明设计标准》中对道路照明若干指标的要求,实际测量进行统计。使用了主观感受、实地物理测量、调查问卷的方式调查其夜间室外照明情况现状。研究结果表明,目前中小城市道路照明中存在着照度不足、均匀度不够、环境比不能满足要求等问题,光环境的改善有较大的提升空间。

Investigation on Exterior Luminous Environment of Burgeoning Small and Medium-Sized Cities

This paper, focusing on the subject of construction and planning of nowadays city lighting, investigates small and medium-sized city＇s lighting condition, especially the burgeoning ones. According to ＂The design standard of lighting for urban roads＂, we investigate the outdoor nightly lighting condition by using subjective sense, practical measuring and questionnaire, taking Zhangwu county for example. The practical results show that there are many significant problems in small and medium-sized city＇s road lighting such as lack of illuminance and uniformity, unsatisfactory surround ratio. Correct design and planning is significantly deficient.
