摘    要:以椭圆截面液压导管为例,分析了在管内压力作用下变形液压导管管壁的受力情况,依据截面转角方程,推导得到了变形导管管壁附加弯矩计算公式,并分析了附加弯矩引起的管壁弯曲应力及其对导管疲劳破坏的影响。

Abstract:As a model of metamorphosed hydraulic pipe, the mechanical characteristic of hydraulic pipe which have a elliptical section is analysed. Based on the section turn equation, the calculational formulae of additive bend moment which act on the wall of elliptical section hydraulic pipe is found. The bend stress aroused by additive bend moment and its action on fatigue break of hydraulic pipe is discussed.
