摘    要:设计了基于ARM嵌入式微处理器的毛细管芯片分析仪。系统采用了Linux操作系统,具有在线分析、USB接口、网络传输、小巧轻便、强大的数据采集和处理功能等特点,为毛细管电泳仪的广泛应用提供依据,具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:An embedded ICE chip scanning and analyzing system was designed, which harware system framework comprises mainly embedded microprocessor (S3C2410 of Samsung Co.) and CS8900A (CIRRUS LOGIC Co.). Linux operating system is applied, and the system has online analysis, USB interface, network transmission, compact and lightweight, powerful data acquisition and processing. It provides a basis for wide use of the capiuary electrophoresis instrument, with the prospect of wide application.
