摘    要:简要讨论了混凝土外加剂与水泥适应性的概念及影响因素,通过试验研究了在不掺加减水剂,掺加高浓型萘系高效减水剂以及掺加普通型萘系高效减水剂三种情况下,水泥含碱量对浆体流动性,流动性保持性和凝结时间的影响,试验结果表明,水泥含碱量对浆体性能有较大影响,而对于含碱量相对较高的水泥,低浓型萘系高效减水剂的使用效果优于高浓型萘系高效减水剂,文中还对有关机理进行了讨论。

Abstract:The concept of compatibility between concrete admixtures and cement is discussed,and the factors affecting the actions of superplasticizers are summerrized.The effects of alkali content of cement on the fluidity,fluidity loss and setting time of paste added with or without sulphonated naphthalene based superplasticizers(with low or high content of Na 2SO 4)are investigated through experiments.It indicates that the actions of superplasticizers with high content of Na 2SO 4 on relatively high alkali content cement is better than that of superplasticizers with low content of Na 2SO 4.The mechanisms leading to this experiment results are supposed.
