摘    要:本文首先提出了考虑丰枯分时电价的综合利用水库水电站长期优化运行模型,并应用遗传算法求解出可利用电量,在此基础上,考虑峰谷电价差,以满足供水要求基荷运行,所余电量尽可能用于调峰。通过四川省紫坪铺水库的运用研究表明,它能较好地协调发电与供水矛盾。

Abstract:In this paper a mathematical model is developed, by which optimal long term schedule with flood and dry power price is determined for a multiple purpose reservoir. A Genetic algorithm is applied to obtain avaiable power generation. The base load has to be decided according to water supply demand, the remain quantity of electricity is made use of peak capacity as a result of price difference between peak and minimum. The proposed method has been implemented in Zipingpu power station in sichuan province. It is shown that competitive relationship between water supply and power generation can be coordinated effectively.
