高速线材的化学成分分析

摘    要:探讨了直读光谱仪分析高速线材钢化学分析的实验技术,采用急冷试样,试样二次加工提高了碳的分析精度;增加氩气流量和采用高硬度合金钢试样平台有利于提高氮的分析精度;将新型高能光源用于钙的分析;类型校准法用于铝的分析能够获得满意的分析结果;采用纵向压扁法解决了直读光谱仪分析小直径成品线材化学成分的制样问题。

Abstract:The present paper discussed the experimental technology for analysis on the chemical compositions of the high speed wire rod using the direct reading spectrograph. Results indicate that secondary processing on the quenched samples can improve the analytical precision of the carbon content; and increase in Ar gas flow rate and use of the high hardness alloyed steel as the specimen platform is benefitial to the improvement in the analytical precision of N content; and application of the new type high power excitation source to the analysis on Ca content and utilization of the type calibration method in the analysis on Al content have achieved satisfactory results; and implementation of the longitudinal flattening method can effectively solve the problems about analysis on the chemical compositions of the small diameter finished wire rod using the direct reading spectrograph.
