新型贝氏体钢的组织和冲击疲劳性能研究

摘    要:通过显微组织观察和冲击疲劳实验,研究了不同热处理新型贝氏体钢的组织和冲击疲劳性能.结果表明:新型贝氏体钢正火低温回火的组织由贝氏体铁素体和奥氏体组成,淬火低温回火组织为回火马氏体和残余奥氏体,正火低温回火热处理的冲击疲劳寿命高于淬火低温回火热处理的冲击疲劳寿命.分析了多冲疲劳裂纹扩展的行为,讨论了正火低温回火提高冲击疲劳的原因.

Abstract:The microstructure and impact fatigue property of new type bainitic steel were studied by observation of microstrueture and impact fatigue test at different heat treatment. The results showed that the mierostructure of new type bainitie steel was bainitic ferrite and retained austenite at normalizing and low temperature tempering, the microstructure was martensite and retain austenite at quenching and low temperature tempering. The impact fatigue life at normalizing and low temperature tempering was longer than that at quenching and low temperature tempering. The behaviour of impact fatigue cracks propagation were expounded. The reason of the increase of the impact fatigue life at normalizing and low temperature tempering was discussed.
