球磨机负荷检测方法综述

摘    要:火电厂制粉系统中仍广泛使用钢球磨煤机来磨制煤粉。但大部分球磨机系统都运行在保守工况下,造成制粉单耗大,系统出力小。原因之一就是至今还没有一种实用、准确的方法对磨煤机内的存煤量(磨负荷)进行测量。传统的利用磨煤机进出口差压信号来来表征磨负荷的方法易受通风量、煤种等影响,误差较大。本文归纳了近年来提出来的磨负荷测量方法,如磨电流、振动频谱分析法、基于神经网络的软测量法以及数据融合方法等,并进行了分析比较,最后得出一些有益的结论。

Abstract:The ball mills are widely used in the thermal power plants,but most of them are running in the conservative conditions,with large power consumption and small contribution to the coal-milling system. One of the reasons is that there is still not a practical and accurate method to measure the coal storage(or mill load) of the mill.The traditional methods denoting mill load by stress difference between the inlet and outlet of the mill is affected easily by aeration and the kinds of coal.In the paper we summarize some advanced methods,such as measuring the electric current of mill,oscillational spectrum analysis,soft sensing based on neural network,data merging and so on,to measure the coal storage.Finally we do some comparison and analysis between these methods.
