某氧化铁矿全反浮选流程新工艺的研究

摘    要:某铁矿中铁矿物嵌布粒度微细, 但脉石矿物组成简单, 主要为石英, 其含量高达45.81%。采用对SiO2选择性很强的高效阴离子捕收剂, 通过阶磨全浮选流程, 取得了铁精矿品位65.50%, 回收率81.62%的指标。

Abstract:For an iron ore, the iron minerals are finely disseminated, yet, the composition of gangue minerals is simple, among which SiO_2 accounting for 45.81% in content, is the main composition. When a high effective anionic collector showing high selectivity to SiO_2 was introduced and a process flowsheet of stage-grinding and whole reverse flotation was applied, an iron concentrate with a TFe grade of 65.50% and a recovery of 81.62% was obtained.
