摘    要:分别以非离子、阳离子、阴离子以及两性表面活性剂水溶液为萃取剂,借助超声波辅助技术,探究从盾叶薯蓣萃取薯蓣皂苷的过程中,表面活性剂的类型、超声波参数对薯蓣皂苷元产率的影响。研究表明:以溶质质量分数为1.5%的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP.10)水溶液为萃取剂,超声波频率为25.80kHz,超声时间为40min时,提取的薯蓣皂苷元的纯度最高,可达95.3%。

Abstract:Using non-ionic,cationic,anionic surfactants and amphoteric surfactant aqueous solution as extracting agents with assistant of ultrasonic,the effects of types of surfactants and ultrasonic parameters on extraction efficiency and production rate were studied.The results showed that the purity of the diosgenin extracted from the Dioscorea zingiberensis can be up to 95.3%,when the content of OP-10(OPEO) was 1.5%(mass fraction of solute),ultrasonic frequency was 25.8 kHz,and treating time was 40min.
