| 摘 要： | 新浦磷矿通过改革干部和人事制度,分配制度,建立了适应企业发展的竞争机制;根据市场的需要调整企业的生产方向,由单一的矿石产品发展为有十多种产品的多种经营综合性企业;在矿内实行层层承包,划小核算单位,建立了上下认识一致的以经济建设为中心的共识和思想政治工作网络,保证了改革的深入发展。

| Abstract: | Competion mechanism is established through reform of cadre and personal system and distribution system in Xinpu Phosphate Mine which has been developed from a single-ore-oriented mine into a multiple-producing enterprise engaging in production of more than 10 kinds of products to suit the demand of market Unanimity of views on "centering on economic construction to ensure deep reform" is achieved by taking steps such as practicing all-around contract system, reducing basic accounting unit and setting up of political and ideological network. |
