| 摘 要： | 文中介绍一种高精度角位移检测仪，给出对光栅角位移传感器的输出脉冲进行处理的方法，以及基于单片机的集判向、计数于一体的智能型检测仪原理及其硬件电路和软件的设计。该检测仪的精度可达到0．0144度。

| Abstract: | Introduct a precision equipment used to detect angular displacement and discuss a method to deal with the output pulse from angular dispkcement sensor. The principle of intellingent detect equipment based on single chip processor, with the funciton such as discerning direction and counting, and design of it's hardware circuit and software, are given. The precision of this instrument achieves 0.0144 degree. |
