高分配比不等分功率分配器的设计与仿真

摘    要:在传统微带线Wilkinson型功分器难以实现大分配比的情况下,通过引入改善因子c的方法降低过大的特性阻抗,并通过T型结构代替特性阻抗过小的四分之一波长传输线,使最终的电路结构用传统的平面微带线结构易于实现。应用这些设计方法计算出功分比为5:1的不等功分器的各段阻抗最大和最小之比仅为2.7:1,较传统结构得出的比值5.5:1有了很大改善。最后,利用ADS软件设计出一个中心频率为1.3GHz的微带5:1不等分功分器,仿真结果证明了这种设计方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:The traditional microstrip Wilkinson power divider can not realize high-dividing ratio. A fac- tor C is introduced to reduce the high characteristic impedances. Then a T-shaped structure replaces quarter wavelength transmission lines with very low characteristic impedances. As a result, the proposed circuit can be easily constructed by traditional planar microstrip lines. The ratio of the highest to the lowest characteris- tic impedances is only 2.7 : 1 in this 5 : 1 unequal power divider, compared with the ratio of 5.5 : 1 in con- ventional divider. To verify our proposed idea, a 5 : 1 mierostrip unequal power divider operating at 1.3 GHz is designed and simulated by ADS. The result fully proves the validity of the design.
