Abstract:A tamping pedestal filling pile of a large diameter and full sleeve is the latest technology of the pile foundation, whose design and construction methods, as well as the results of the process and load tests are introduced. These tests show that this sort of filling pile is a high efficiency, reliable pile foundation form and methodology, by which the load bearing capacity can be raised significantly.
