碳纤维复合芯铝导线国产金具的研制与应用

摘    要:根据碳纤维复合芯导线的特点,采用特殊的楔型夹与楔型座对碳纤维碳芯进行锁紧,实现碳纤维复合芯与耐张线夹、接续管等金具的可靠连接。解决了导线在高温230℃状态下热胀冷缩及长期蠕变过程中金具对导线的握力稳定问题、碳纤维复合芯导线的补修问题。研制了输电线路的耐张线夹、接续管及变电站用耐张线夹、T型线夹,进行了金具的性能试验。试验结果表明研制的金具可为输电线路的安全运行提供可靠保障。

Abstract:According to the characteristic of carbon fiber compound core conductor, a special kind of wedge clip and wedge base is used to lock the carbon fiber core. It realizes the reliable connection among carbon fiber compound core and stain clamp, splicing sleeve, etc. It also solves the problems that during conductor expansion on heating and contraction on cooling at 230℃ and long-term creep, its fittings have effect on conductor holding force stability, carbon fiber compound core conductor repairing. The strain clamp, splicing sleeve for transmission line and strain clamp and T-connector for substation are developed with fitting property tests. The test results prove that the fittings are reliable for the safe operation of transmission line.
