摘    要:为了减少注水泵故障和保障其安全平稳运行,使用DP1250便携式振动数据采集仪对五缸注水泵进行了监测诊断。介绍了五缸注水泵测点位置布置、测试参数的选择及常见故障特征频率的计算,详细阐述了电动机断轴、胶带轮偏斜、曲轴轴向窜动量大、轴瓦间隙偏大、电动机轴承损坏、泵轴承损坏、泵阀损坏等的频谱特征。6年来,按照制定的周期,定期监测五缸注水泵,使其故障得以及时发现,原因及时查明,为确保五缸注水泵的安全、平稳高效运行起到了重要作用。

Abstract:In order to decrease the trouble of water injection pump and ensure its safe and smooth operation, DP1250 portable vibration data acquisition apparatus is used for monitoring and diagnosis of the quintuple water injection pump.The distribution of the measuring points, the selection of measuring parameters and the calculation of characteristic frequency of common troubles of the pump are introduced. The characteristics of the frequency spectrum of the troubles of the pump is expounded. The quintuple water injection pump used in Tuha Oilfield is monitored periodically, the troubles of the pump is found and removed in time.
