阿司匹林分子印迹聚合物的制备及分子识别性能研究

摘    要:以阿司匹林为模板、丙烯酰胺为功能单体制备了能特异性识别阿司匹林的分子印迹聚合物,研究结果表明,该分子印迹聚合物通过特异的氢键作用力对阿司匹林进行识别,静态分布系数为5 65,对阿司匹林与结构类似物如苯、苯甲酸、乙酸苯酯、水杨酸的分离因子均大于1 89,选择性高。该分子印迹聚合物对阿司匹林的最大表观吸附量Qmax为67 7mg/g,平衡离解常数Kd为2 33×10-4mol/L,对阿司匹林的选择性吸附可在30min内基本完成。

Abstract:Molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) which has special molecule recognition ability to aspirin was synthesized with aspirin as template and acrylamide as functional monomer.The result of research indicated that this MIP could specially recognize aspirin molecule through hydrogen-bond interaction,and its static distribution coefficient for aspirin was 5.65.When handling aspirin and its analogs like benzene,benzoic acid,phenyl acetate and salicylic acid,the separation factors were all above 1.89,so the selectivity of MIP for aspirin was high.The maximum surface adsorption quantity and equilibrium deseparation coefficient of MIP toward aspirin were 67.7 mg/g and 2.33×10~(-4) mol/L respectively.The selective adsorption of aspirin on MIP could be accomplished in 30 min.
