电潜泵-井下油水分离系统工作参数优化设计

摘    要:为解决油田开发后期油井生产高含水的难题,采用电潜泵-井下油水分离同井回注系统并优化其参数设计具有重要意义。在介绍这种系统的工作原理、结构及分析各子系统的参数协调关系后,以油井最大产量为目标,建立了该生产系统的设计模型并进行了实例设计。研究设计结果表明,电潜泵-井下油水分离系统的优化设计较为复杂,其中旋流分离器是系统协调工作的核心;设计结果按影响因素重要性大小的依次排序为产液量、注水启动压力、吸水指数、含水质量分数和分流比。

Optimization design of operating parameters of ESP downhole oil-water separation system
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of high water cut in oil-producing well at the later stage of oilfield development,it is of great significance to use ESP downhole oil-water separation reinjection system in the same well and optimize its parameter design.After introducing the working principle and structure of the system and analyzing the parameter coordinate relationship of every sub-system,the design model of the production system is established and the case design is carried out with the maximum production rate as the target.The design results indicate that the optimization design of ESP downhole oil-water separation system is relatively complex and the cyclone separator is the core of the system.The order of affecting factors is production rate,water injection startup pressure,water absorption index,water cut quality fraction and diverting ratio according to the importance.
