摘    要:利用新型吸附相反应技术,以纳米SiO2表面的吸附水层为反应器,制备Ag/SiO2纳米复合材料.初步探讨了水醇配比和反应物浓度对纳米银晶粒粒径及复合材料电阻率(ρ)的影响.结果表明,改变体系中水醇配比和氢氧化钠浓度,可控制银晶粒大小.而银晶粒粒径的改变会对复合材料的电阻率产生一定影响.经万用表测量分析可知,银含量是纳米复合材料电阻率的决定性因素.该工艺得到的Ag/SiO2复合材料电阻率大小可控,银粒子分散性好.

Abstract:Ag/SiO_2 nanocomposite was prepared by a new fashion of absorptionreacting technique,utilizing nanoreactor formed by adsorption water layer on SiO_2 surface.The influence of the binary liquids ratio and reactant concentration on the Ag average particle size and nanocomposite conductance was studied.TEM and XRD revealed that the Ag average particle size could be controlled by varying binary liquids ratio and base content.And the Ag average particle size further influenced nanocomposite conductance because of electric mechanism in nanocomposite.Ag content was found to be the key factor on conductance by multimeter analysis.The Ag/SiO_2 composite obtained has a controllable conductance and good dispersive property.
