摘    要:针对材料早期力学性能退化问题,通过试验研究了疲劳加载下LY12铝合金试件的超声非线性系数和微观结构特征变化.结果表明,早期性能退化情况下,超声非线性系数和微观形态随着疲劳程度发生变化.超声非线性测量和微结构观察相结合的方法对于材料早期力学性能退化的疲劳寿命评估具有潜在的应用前景.

Abstract:Considering mechanical properties of materials for early material degradation,the nonlinear ultrasonic characteristics and microstructure changes for fatigued LY12 aluminum alloy specimens are experimentally investigated.Results show that the degradation at early stages accompanies by the ultrasonic nonlinear coefficient changes and micro morphological variety.The method combined with ultrasonic nonlinear measurements and microstructure observation has a potential application prospect for fatigue life assessment of early degradation.
