摘    要:为了避免目前国内石油化工行业普遍存在的“维修不足或维修过剩”现象,根据石油化工工业设备管理特点,将以可靠性为中心的维修与状态维修相结合,建立了以可靠性为中心的智能维修决策模型,用以确定预防性维修需求、优化维修管理制度、指导设备维修决策.结果表明:制定的维修策略计划具有很强的针对性,制定的维修任务更具科学性.

Abstract:Reliability-centered maintenance is an internationally common systematic engineering approach,which is used to determine the preventive maintenance requirements and optimize maintenance management system.Different from the traditional breakdown maintenance,time-based maintenance,condition-based maintenance,and other maintenance management modes,it can help to avoid "insufficient or excessive maintenance".According to the characteristics of management over equipments in petroleum and chemical industries,a reliability-centered intelligent maintenance decision-making model is established and utilized to guide equipment maintenance.Results show that this strategic maintenance plan bears the property of being more purposeful,and the maintenance tasks can be more scientific.
