从对资源产业链的界定和发展模式的研究入手，探讨资源产业链的形成机理，提出资源产业链形成的三大动因是产品、价值和知识，强调产品链是资源产业链形成的物质表现，价值链是资源产业链形成的核心动力，知识链是资源产业链形成的关键因素，并分析了三大因素与资源产业链发展的关系.研究资源产业链的传导机制，指出资源产业获取价值增值的途径是通过产业链延长实现的价格提升，资源产业链的利益传导是通过价格机制和乘数效应实现的，价格机制和乘数原理是资源产业链的利益传导机制。

Formation and conduction mechanism of resource-based industry chain

According to the definition of the resource-based industry chain and the study of its developing mode,the formation mechanism of the resource-based industry chain was discussed and three agents of the chain,product,value and knowledge were put forward.It emphasizes that industry chain is the material reflection,the value chain is the core power and knowledge chain is the key factor of the formation of resource-based industry chain.In addition,the relationship between three factors and the development of the chain was analyzed.Besides,the transmission mechanism of the resource-type industry chain was studied.It points out that the way of obtaining the added value of resource-type industry chain is to prolong the chain,resource-based industry chain transmission is through the realization of both price mechanism and multiplier effect,price mechanism and multiplier theory is the benefit transmission mechanism of resource-type industry chain.
