摘    要:利用自主研发的煤粉改性剂对非炼焦煤进行改性后配煤炼焦,可以达到有效利用非炼焦煤的目的。通过40 kg焦炉试验研究表明:直接加入4%的无烟煤和6%的长焰煤后,焦炭质量变差,然而,加入煤粉改性剂对其改性后炼焦,焦炭质量改善;当煤粉改性剂量低于或高于配合煤质量的0.08%时,焦炭质量改善幅度较小;当煤粉改性剂量达到0.08%时,焦炭质量改善明显,其 M 40 提高5.94%, M 10 降低7.12%,CRI降低4.61%,CSR提高11.42%,接近原配合煤的炼焦指标,符合生产要求。

Abstract:A new type of coal modifying additive(ZBS)was developed to modify the non-coking coal,so it can be used for coking.A series of 40 kg coking-oven experiments were performed and the results show that the quality of the coke deteriorates with the addition of 4% of anthracite and 6% of Long Flame Coal,while it is improved significantly with the ZBS modifying additive.The best improvement is achieved when 0.08% of ZBS is mixed with the non-coking coal,which causes coke properties such as the anti-broken strength of coke(M40) to increase by 5.94%,wear resistance strength(M10) to decrease by 7.12%,coke reactivity index(CRI) to reduce by 4.61% and strength after reaction(CSR) to increase by 11.42%.The quality of the coke obtained is very close to the production index of coking coal and the production requirements can be met.
