预应力芳纶纤维布加固混凝土板的受弯试验研究

摘    要:为研究预应力芳纶纤维布加固混凝土板的受弯性能,进行了8个配筋率相同、加固参数不同的混凝土板受弯试验,参数变量为纤维布的预应力水平和加固用量.对比分析了预应力与非预应力芳纶纤维布加固混凝土板的开裂荷载、屈服荷载、极限荷载、抗弯刚度及延性.试验结果表明,与未加固的混凝土板相比,预应力芳纶纤维布加固混凝土板的开裂荷载、屈服荷载、极限荷载均显著提高;与非预应力芳纶纤维布加固混凝土板相比,预应力加固混凝土板的开裂荷载显著提高,加固效果随着芳纶纤维布的预应力水平和加固用量的增加更加明显.在试验基础上进行了承载力的分析计算,计算结果与试验值吻合较好.

Abstract:For the study on flexural performance of a RC slab strengthened with prestressed AFRP sheets,the flexural experiments on 8 RC slabs with the same reinforcement ratio but different strengthening parameters was carried out.The variable paramerers were the consumed magnitude and the prestressing level of AFRP sheets.Based on the experiment,the slabs strengthened with prestressed AFRP sheets were compared with the slabs strengthened with non-prestressed AFRP sheets on the properties of cracking load,yield load,ultimate load,flexural rigidity,and ductility.Results show that the prestressed AFRP sheets greatly improve the cracking load,yield load,and ultimate load compared to unstrenghened RC slabs,and greatly improve the cracking load compared to RC slabs with unprestressed AFRP sheets.The strengthening effect is more obvious with increasing prestressing level and consumed magnitude of AFRP sheets.Finally,the calculation of load-carring capacity is performed and in good agreement with the experimental results.
