摘    要:为实现更准确、有效的土压平衡控制,提出一种新的密封舱土压平衡控制的建模方法.基于小波阈值去噪后的现场施工数据,采用最小二乘法建立了密封舱压力场分布模型;在此基础上,通过分析掘进控制参数与密封舱压力的关系以及土压状态发生变化的影响因子,建立了以等效压力为控制目标的密封舱土压平衡控制模型.设计了模糊自适应PID控制器,构建了土压平衡控制系统.最后,利用现场施工数据进行仿真验证,结果表明模型的有效性,为盾构掘进过程的土压平衡控制奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to control the earth pressure balance more accurately and efficiently,a new modeling method for control the earth pressure in pressure chamber was proposed.Based on the in-site construction data eliminating the noise by using the wavelet threshold denoising method,an earth pressure field model of the pressure chamber was established by using least square method;on this basis,by analysing the relationship between tunneling control parameters and the earth pressure in chamber and the impact factor of the earth pressure states change,the EPB control model was established which takes the equivalent earth pressure as control target.The fuzzy adaptive PID controller was designed and the EPB control system was constructed.Finally,the simulations were given to illustrate the effectiveness of the earth pressure control model,which lay a foundation for the shield EPB control.
