刨煤机刨刀破煤过程的数值模拟

摘    要:基于显式动力学软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对刨煤机两种典型结构的刨刀截割煤壁的过程进行了数值模拟,得到了刨刀的截槽形状、刨刀与煤壁的接触载荷谱及刨刀的应力应变等参数的时间历程曲线,为刨煤机载荷的获得提供了新的途径,避免了利用理论公式计算刨煤机系统的外载荷时各参数人为取值的误差,并分析了三向力载荷的频谱成分.研究了两种典型结构刨刀刨削煤壁时的载荷谱对刨煤机系统的影响,找到了两种刨刀的应力集中位置,讨论了两种刨刀的主要失效形式,为刨刀结构的优化设计提供了理论依据,并对应力集中位置结构进行了局部优化.优化后的刨刀应力分布均匀,力学性能得到显著改善,提高了刨刀的可靠性。

Abstract:Based on explicit dynamics software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,the process of two typical plow bit cutting coal wall was simulated.Shape of slot cut by plow bit,load spectrum of bit and coal wall contact and curves of plow bit’s parameters such as stress and strain time history were got,which can avoid the human error when use theoretical formula to calculate the external load of plow system parameters.The components of the three dimensional contact force load spectrum in the frequency domain were analyzed.The different effect of the load spectrum of two typical structural plow bit on the plow system was analyzed when cutting the coal wall,and found the location of stress concentration in the body of plow bits to discuss the two main failure modes of them,which can provide a theoretical basis for optimal design.According to the analysis results,the optimized plow bit stress is in uniform distribution,significantly improves the mechanical properties and the reliability of the plow system.
