半封闭空间瓦斯由燃烧转为爆炸过程的动力学分析

摘    要:以瓦斯爆炸初期火焰传播速度与化学反应速率的关系为基础,实验研究半封闭空间瓦斯爆炸初期的火焰传播动力学过程。分析得出:瓦斯爆炸初期反应速率常数与爆炸传播速度的平方成正比;瓦斯从开始反应到爆炸的动力学过程主要受化学反应速率的影响。瓦斯爆炸初期火焰前沿位置和速度随时间变化曲线分别近似呈指数型增长,瓦斯传播速度为初始速度en 倍时认为瓦斯爆炸。瓦斯爆炸感应期由瓦斯燃烧感应期和由燃烧转为爆炸响应时间组成,瓦斯燃烧感应期为从瓦斯开始反应到瓦斯反应出现火焰的时间,由燃烧转为爆炸响应时间为基准时间t的n倍。

Abstract:The dynamic course of flame spread of gas explosion in half closed space in initial stage was studied by experimentation,based on the relationship of the rate of flame front with the rate of chemical reaction of gas explosion.The reaction rate constant of gas explosion in initial stage is directly proportional to square of the rate of flame spread;the rate of chemical reaction is the main influence factor of the dynamic course from combustion to explosion of gas.The position and rate of flame front increase exponentially with time in initial stage of gas explosion.The gas reaches the explosion stage when the rate of flame reaching the en times of the initial rate of gas beginning combustion.The induction period of gas explosion includes the induction period of gas combustion and the response time from combustion to explosion.The induction period of gas combustion is from gas beginning to react to flame appearing.The response time from combustion to explosion is n times of t.
