摘    要:车流量检测技术是智能交通系统系列技术中的关键基础,基于图像处理技术的车流量检测技术的研究已成为该领域的研究热点。该文提出了一种基于HSV颜色模式和边缘检测技术的车辆检测算法进行车流量统计。在该算法的基础之上,开发实现了一套车流量统计系统。实验证明,该算法能够有效地排除阴影和天气变化带来的影响,大大提高了系统的精度,是切实有效的。

Abstract:Technology of the vehicle detection is the key to the series of technologies for the intelligent traffic system. Research on the technology for the vehicle detection based on image processing is just the hot of the field. This paper presents an algorithm that detects vehicles on road based on HSV color mode and edge detection technology. According to the algorithm, the system is developed which can count vehicles on road. The algorithm cart exclude the shadows efficiently, the recognition rate of the system can reach over 95%.
