CuCl2/C催化剂合成1,1,1,3,3-五氯丁烷的研究

摘    要:采用自制的CuCl2/C催化剂进行2-氯丙烯液相催化调聚合成1,1,1,3,3-五氯丁烷(简写HCC-360jfa),考察了催化剂用量、原料物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间和压力等因素对其反应的影响,并采用正交试验方法得出HCC-360jfa收率最大时的工艺参数。结果表明,当n(乙腈)∶n(CuCl2)∶n(CCl4)∶n(2-氯丙烯)=1.5∶0.01∶2∶1、反应温度160 ℃和反应时间15 h时,HCC-360jfa收率高达90.5%。

Abstract:Copper chloride supported on activated carbon was used as the catalyst for synthesis of 1,1,1,3,3-pentachlorobutane(HCC-360jfa) by liquid-phase catalytic telomerization with 2-chloropropene. The influence of operating condition such as catalyst dosage, the molar ratio of the feed stock, reaction temperature, reaction time and pressure was investigated. Process parameters for optimum HCC-360jfa yield were obtained by orthogonal test. The results showed that HCC-360jfa yield of up to 90.5% was attained under the optimum condition as follows:160 ℃, 15 hours, n(acetonitrile)∶n(CuCl2)∶n(CCl4)∶n(2-chloroethene)=1.5∶0.01∶2∶1.
