| 摘 要： | 钢结构住宅自2001年建设部推广以来获得了飞速发展,但在诸多方面仍存在着问题。根据已建和在建的多层和高层钢结构住宅项目中出现的问题,如工厂加工、现场安装等方面的问题,提出相应的改进措施与建议,以提高工厂加工的精度和安装速度,促进钢结构住宅产业化的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Since it was recommended by the Ministry of Construction in 2001, steel structure residence has developed rapidly. However there still exist problems in many aspects. Against those problems that have occurred in respects of workshop manufacture and site installation of multi-storey and high-rise steel structure residences completed and under construction, improving measures and suggestions are put forward accordingly so as to raise workshop manufacture precision and site installation speed, and to promote the healthy development of steel structure residence industry. |
