某大型钢框架煤塔复杂节点设计和分析

摘    要:利用有限元软件ANSYS,对某大型煤仓支承钢框架结构的复杂节点域进行计算分析,结果表明:对复杂钢结构体系,因节点域构造复杂,其应力分布需采用有限元法补充计算,并应根据有限元分析结果进行承载力验算;节点域某些地方会进入塑性,如塑性区较小可按计算部位的"平均应力"进行承载力验算,如塑性区过大应增大截面或增设加劲肋使其满足承载力的要求;所设计的节点域变形很小,腹板没有发生局部鼓曲,符合总体结构刚性节点的假定。

Abstract:The large-scale coal bin frame construction's complex joint region is computed and analyzed by ANSYS.It is found that stress distribution in complex joint region must be supplement computed by finite element method and that it should be checked calculation of bearing capacity according to the result of finite element analysis.The results show that the bearing capacity of joint region calculated by the mean stress rule if the plastic area is small and the section should be enlarged or the stiffening rib shou...
